Hereinafter
“the company” refers to SilverSky (Pty) Ltd
“the client” refers to any client who is contractually engaged with SilverSky
“the platforms” refers to AlumNet, MemberNet and Tootix


Liability: The company makes no warranties and representations whether express or implied in respect of the platforms, services or the documentation attaching to our platforms or solutions and in no event will the company be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products or documentation even if advised of the possibility of such damage.  In addition, the company specifically does not warrant or guarantee or make any representations concerning the use of or the result of the use of the product and the product is purchased at the sole risk of the purchaser.  Any claim which the customer may have arising out of the warranty provided by the company to the customer referred to aforesaid shall be limited to the company either replacing or repairing the product at the sole discretion of the company.

Data Protection: The company does not have the right to use the client’s data in any other way than for support, training or related functions. The data always belong exclusively to the client at all times even if the contract between the company and the client comes to an end.

Online Transactions & Refund Policy: The obligation to fulfill orders, customer satisfaction and refunds are the responsibility of the client. The company would engage on behalf of the end-user to the client if requested to do so in writing to info@silversky.co.za
