INTRO MEETING
This is typically over a cup of coffee to discuss your high level requirements. This will give us insights in your business and meet the relevant stakeholders. The outcome of this meeting will determine if we will proceed to the next step, the needs analysis.
NEEDS ANALYSIS
Once we understand the customer's needs from a needs analysis, we can research options for the ideal solution. This includes liaison with service providers and product vendors; collecting and evaluating quotations. The outcome of the technical research is a document that provide options to solve the needs as defined in the needs analysis.
TECHNICAL RESEARCH

SOLUTION DESIGN
The solution design includes analyzing risk, cost, interoperability and technical boundaries. The solution design will describe the solution in terms of solving the needs with the learnings from the technical research. The solution could be a combination of existing solutions, integrating solutions and building new solutions.
TRAINING, TESTING AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT
During this phase we will allow the stakeholders to touch and feel the solution to approve that it is working as expected. This is typically an iterative process and involves various release cycles.
GO-LIVE
Through proper planning and communication we pick a go-live data and manage to growing pains.
SUPPORT
This is where we assist with maintenance, training and general queries.
