NEEDS ANALYSIS
A business analyst will go through a process of gathering the requirements and compile a needs analysis. The outcome is a document that describe the ideal solution without prescribing any technologies or services. This document can then be used to do technical research.
TECHNICAL RESEARCH
Once we understand the customer's needs from a needs analysis, we can research options for the ideal solution. This includes liaison with service providers and product vendors; collecting and evaluating quotations. The outcome of the technical research is a document that provide options to solve the needs as defined in the needs analysis.
SOLUTION DESIGN
The solution design includes analyzing risk, cost, interoperability and technical boundaries. The solution design will describe the solution in terms of solving the needs with the learnings from the technical research. The solution could be a combination of existing solutions, integrating solutions and building new solutions. See our software development services.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have the project management skills to manage technology projects from start to finish. This includes budgeting, project plans, communication, progress reports and roll-out management.
